1. How do I place my order?

You can place an order by signing up on our Order Page and submitting your project details.

Once completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Your formal drawings will be delivered within 3–5 working days.

You can also place an order via email—send your inputs to help@graphizon.com, and we will process it manually.

2. Can I sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before placing the order?

Yes. Graphizon provides a ready-to-sign digital NDA on our website.

You can review it and agree to it by checking the appropriate box during order submission.

If you need a separate signed copy, just email us at help@graphizon.com.

3. How do I make the payment?

We accept multiple payment methods:

4. Can the payment be made via invoice after delivery?

Yes, law firms and corporations can request invoice-based payments after delivery.

6. My drawings are complex. Will that cost extra?

No. Even if your invention is highly complex, our pricing remains flat per figure. There are no hidden charges.

7. How will I receive the drawings and in what formats?

By default, drawings are delivered in USPTO-compliant PDF format.

If you need additional formats such as AI, DWG, PPT, VSD, JPEG, CAD, or CDR, we provide them free of cost.

8. Do I need to pay for amendments or iterations?

No. All amendments and iterations are FREE, and revised drawings are delivered within 1–2 working days.

9. Do you offer discounts on large or bulk orders?

Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders and projects with high figure counts.
